Program Overview

This certificate program is designed to develop proficiency in various areas of computer application. The curriculum is concentrated on software applications and techniques currently in use in business.

Program Outcomes

An Ontario College Certificate will be granted after successful completion of the curriculum (all courses), or if courses are taken individually on a modular basis, a certificate of completion for the individual course will be provided.
Students may opt to continue their studies at any post-secondary institution, and transfer credits can apply, depending on the student’s chosen program/path.

Admission Requirements

Participants must be 19 years of age or older or have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
Students will require access to computers and the Internet during the class session.

Schedule

Students can attend in person at Kenjgewin Teg every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 – 8:30 pm or join virtually simultaneously.

For asynchronous hours in each course, the instructor will be available to provide online support every Wednesday.

The first course will begin in the Fall of 2024, and will be offered in the above order.   Students can register for the entire program or per course.

A detailed program/course schedule will be provided upon successful registration.

No classes in July and August.

Tuition Fees

$50 per course, plus textbooks (if required)
