About the Program:
The Renovation Techniques program is a hands-on introduction to construction carpentry, designed to give students a strong foundation for success in the skilled trades. From site layout and foundation systems to wood framing, interior and exterior finishes, and essential trades math, students gain the knowledge and confidence to tackle real-world projects. Graduates are prepared for careers such as General Carpenter, Apprentice Carpenter, or Skilled Labourer, with skills that open the door to many opportunities in the construction industry.
